Not all household cleaning supplies are effective in eliminating harmful viruses and bacteria. Even if they are effective, they must be used frequently, in the right way, and on all appropriate surfaces and items. Our new disinfection service uses a commercial grade disinfectant that is EPA approved to kill known coronaviruses.
Each and every UPC service visit is about discovery. We start with a comprehensive inspection of your property to identify and evaluate what makes your business unique, what sanitation problems or structural conditions might attract pests, why you have ants on some floors but not others, anything that indicates how pests might get in or why they would want to. We will then consider your building type, geography, climate, soil properties and any conditions conducive to pest activity.
